Illustrating a gradation from geometric to organic with hints of technology and earth, this collection suggests the homecoming of nature to the discourse of beauty. A small and detailed geometric pattern pervades this collection in the way that technology has inserted itself into our lives and into our personal philosophies. Technology has moulded everything from our perceptions of reality to our opinions of beauty, and even our own self awareness. The collection then evolves to include new growth; flowers, animal prints, the elements, and the body. This is the return of Gaia, the Mother Earth, who has come to retake her rightful place as the arbiter of beauty and the inspiration for all life.

There are two main styles encompassed in this collection. The inspiration for the collection comes from the piece “Gold Dust Woman”, which is intended to be a feminine manifestation of Gaia (Mother Earth), herself. The similar pieces that follow are representations of humans, finding beauty in themselves through Gaia’s form and features.
The other pervading style integrates hints of my “Technobeat Collection” into patterns of lines, shapes, dots, and embellishments. These patterns are integrated with natural concepts such as animal prints, flowers, and other natural elements. The result is a battle between nature and technology, in which I hope a treaty can be made, allowing for nature to retake its role as a primary inspiration and cause in our lives, while still allowing for technology to be a useful and positively impacting tool.
