The Grid Collection is basically a love letter to my city.  Sacramentans regularly decry Sacramento as a city whose only value is its proximity to other cities, which are better.  It is close to the bay, close to the mountains, close to wine country, close to other things that are good.  This is my rebuttal.  I love my city, specifically my neighborhood, and the grid.  Sacramento is great for so many reasons.  It’s the perfect sized city for someone with a deep love for an urban lifestyle, but has anxiety about huge crowds.  There is sometimes a small town feel, in that often every new person you meet knows someone you know.  That small town vibe in enriched by city-life amenities, opportunities, and venues.   Sacramento is a beautifully diverse city, rich with culture, food, music, and art.  It has a rich art and music scene, full of artists at every level, from beginner to infamous.  I love my city.  The Grid Collection captures my overall feeling about Sacramento, and also includes subtle nuances that refer to more specific things that I love about it.
